Tuan Haji Suhaimee Mahdar,
Chief Operating Officer

Tuan Haji Suhaimee Mahdar, Chief Operating Officer of UEM Enviro, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the activities within the UEM Enviro group of companies. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri, USA in 1984 and a Master of Business Administration from Cranfield University, United Kingdom in 1998. He started his career in Texas Instrument (M) Bhd, where he served as Senior Engineer from 1984 to 1991. He then joined HBN Management Sdn Bhd as Manager of the Productivity and Quality Management Division from 1991 to 1996. He was then transferred to Projek Penyelenggaraan Lebuhraya Berhad as Senior Manager, Maintenance Division from January 1996 until February 1997. He was seconded to UEM Genisys Sdn. Bhd as a Senior Manager of Operations from March 1997 until August 1997. In October 1998, he was appointed as Senior Manager, Corporate Services of Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd (KASB) and promoted as General Manager, Corporate Services of KASB in February 2000. He was re-designated to General Manager of Plant / Operations in January 2002. He was later promoted to Senior General Manager, Plant / Operations in January 2003.Subsequently he was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of UEM Enviro Group in September 2006.

Hajah Zurina Abdul Wahab,
Human Resource & Administration

Hajah Zurina Abd Wahab, Senior Manager, Human Resource and Administration Department, UEM Enviro, is responsible for overseeing the group's overall functions of the Human Resource and Administration matters including security unit. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Prior to joining UEM Group, Cik Zurina was attached to Mayban Finance Bhd for almost 10 years. She joined UEM Genisys Sdn Bhd in February 1996 and was later transferred to Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd in 1999. She was promoted to Senior Manager, Human Resource and Administration in January 2003.

Mohd Norsuradi Man,
Plant / Operations (Kualiti Alam)

Mohd Norsuradi Man, Senior Manager, Plant/Operations, Kualiti Alam, is responsible for overseeing the whole plant and operations at Waste Management Centre, Bukit Nenas. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University Technology of Malaysia in 1995. Prior to joining Kualiti Alam, he was a Plant Superintendent of Samsung SDI (M) Berhad from June 1995 to February 2003. He joined Kualiti Alam in March 2003 as Process Engineer. He was promoted to Assistant Manager, Production I in November 2005. He was later promoted to Manager, Production 1 in January 2006 and subsequently on September 2006 promoted to Senior Manager, Plant/Operations of Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd. He is also involved in Six Sigma Project and he has been appointed as the Project Champion for the Company.

Hamdan Osman,
Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

Hamdan Osman, Senior Manager, Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), UEM Enviro, is responsible for overseeing the overall activities related to Safety, Health and Environment for the UEM Enviro group of companies. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 1987 and Certificate Safety & Health Officer in 2002. He started his career in Nestle Foods (M) Sdn Bhd, where he served as Production Executive from 1988 to 1994. He then joined Premium Vegetables Oil as Production & Warehouse Manager from 1994 to 1997. He has served in various other positions in Koko Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Heveafil Group of Companies before he joined Bureau Veritas (M) Sdn Bhd as an Auditor. He joined Kualiti Alam in October 2005 as Manager, Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) and he was promoted as Deputy Senior Manager, Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) in January 2007.

Razali Abu Bakar,
Support Services & Facility Management

Razali Abu Bakar, Senior Manager, Support Services & Facility Management Department, Kualiti Alam, is responsible for overseeing the overall activities related to Support Services & Facility Management. He joined Kualiti Alam in May 2007. He was graduated with a Diploma in Mechanical Marine Engineering from Ungku Omar Polytechnics in 1985 and awarded certificate of Competency as a Fourth Engineer (Motor ship) by the Merchant Shipping Ordinance of Malaysia in 1986. He was served in various other positions in Malaysian Cocoa Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, Nestle Malaysia Berhad, Perunding AME and Gandour (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd before he joined Danone Biscuit Mfg (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as an Engineering Manager.

Tan Lay Lay,
Kualiti Kitar Alam

Tan Lay Lay, Senior Manager, Kualiti Kitar Alam, is responsible for overseeing all the activities and the operations especially on marketing issues for our newly set up recycle plant of Kualiti Kitar Alam at Waste Management Centre. She joined the UEM Enviro in September 2005. Prior to joining the Group, she started her career in the waste recycling industry as a marketing executive for Centralised Waste Treatment Sdn Bhd from 1996 to August 2005.

Abdul Halim Md. Nor,
Operational Improvement

Abd Halim Bin Md Nor, Manager, Operational Improvement, Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd, is responsible for overseeing and coordinating/planning all activities related to operation improvement for Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd. He obtained Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1988 and Master of Business Administration (Finance) from University Putra Malaysia in 2003. He started his career in Public Utilities Board, where he served as Chemist from 1989 to 1993. He then joined National Semiconductor Pte Ltd as Lead Engineer from 1993 to August 1995. He has served in various other positions in Samsung SDI (M) Sdn Bhd from September 1995 to October 2006 with last position as a Manager, Screen Department Factory#3. He joined Kualiti Alam in November 2006 as Manager, Production 1 prior being appointed to head the Operational Improvement Department in April 2008.
