Chairman
Tan Sri Nuraizah Abdul Hamid
Tan Sri Nuraizah Abdul Hamid served as the Chairman of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) from 1 November 2000 to 31 October 2003. Prior to that, from 1 June 1996 to 31 October 2000, Tan Sri Nuraizah was the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Energy, Communications and Multimedia (MECM), earlier named as Ministry of Energy, Telecommunications and Posts and now renamed as the Ministry of Energy, Water and Communications. |

Before her retirement in 2000, Tan Sri Nuraizah had served a total of 33 years in the public service in various positions in the Government. Other than as the Secretary-General of the MECM, she had also served in the Prime Minister's Department, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Public Service Department and the Ministry of Education. She was also seconded to the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) to serve as a Programme Officer for two years in its Development Planning Division.

During her tenure as Secretary-General of the MECM, she also served on the Board of Directors of Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Pos Malaysia Berhad, Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC) and the Malaysia-Thailand Joint-Authority.

Tan Sri Nuraizah is now Chairman of AKRiZ Sdn Bhd, a company focusing on total solutions and systems integration in the fields of advanced technologies, defence and communications. She is also Chairman of RAC Development Sdn Bhd, a joint-venture company between AKRiZ and a subsidiary company of the Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak. Tan Sri Nuraizah also sits as a member in the Advisory Panel of the Cluster Schools Programme of the Ministry of Education. |

Tan Sri Nuraizah holds a B.A (Hons) from University of Malaya and a Masters of Public Administration from The American University, Washington D.C. She also received an honorary PhD in Management of Technology from University College of Technology Tun Hussein Onn, Malaysia. She attended a Senior Management Training Programme at the New Zealand Staff Training Institute in 1984 and the Advanced Management Programme at the Harvard Business School in 1997. |

Azmanuddin Haq Ahmad
Azmanuddin Haq Ahmad is the Managing Director of UEM Environment and Kualiti Alam. He is also the Executive Vice-Chairman of Abu Dhabi Kualiti Alam Environmental Services LLC (“ADKA Enviro”). He holds a BA (Honours) Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. He was previously with Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad prior to joining the UEM Group. He joined the UEM Group as Assistant General Manager in the office of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) on 24 October 2001. He was made the Special Assistant to the Executive Vice-Chairman of Renong Berhad (now known as UEM Land Berhad) on 1 November 2002. He was later promoted to the position of Director in the office of MD/CEO of UEM Group on January 2003. His primary role at the UEM Group was to oversee the corporate finance and merger and acquisition of the UEM Group. He is also Director of Kualiti Khidmat Alam Sdn Bhd (“Kualiti Khidmat Alam”), Kualiti Kitar Alam Sdn Bhd (“Kualiti Kitar Alam”), E-Idaman Sdn Bhd (“E-Idaman”), Environment Idaman Sdn Bhd and other private companies within the UEM Group. He previously sat on the Boards of Cement Industries of Malaysia Berhad and Faber Group Berhad.

Azmanuddin is responsible for the UEM Environment group's operations and activities, in achieving its vision of providing The Greener Environmental Solution. In view of UEM Environment group's active participation in preserving our nation's environment, Azmanuddin is currently the Secretary General of the Business Council for Sustainable Development Malaysia and a council member of ENSEARCH. |

Dato’ Ahmad Pardas Senin
Dato' Ahmad Pardas Senin is a director of UEM Environment Sdn Bhd and is also the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of UEM World Berhad. He is also the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of UEM Group Berhad and Deputy Chairman of PLUS Expressways Berhad, Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad and UEM Builders Berhad. He currently holds directorships in Pharmaniaga Berhad, Opus Group Berhad (formerly known as Opus International Group Berhad, Opus International Sdn Bhd and CAE-Tech Sdn Bhd), UEM Land Berhad and is also Chairman of Expressway Lingkaran Tengah Sdn Bhd (ELITE) and Linkedua (Malaysia) Berhad. He is also a director of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). |

Dato' Ahmad Pardas is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), a Chartered Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Inc. He is a member of the Financial Reporting Foundation (FRF).

He has been with the UEM Group for more than fifteen years since 1992. During this period he had served in various other positions in the UEM Group, including as the Managing Director of TIME Engineering Berhad, Executive Director/CEO of TIME dotcom Berhad, Group Managing Director of Renong Berhad and Managing Director of Time Telekom Sdn Bhd. He was also the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of EPE Power Corporation Berhad (now renamed Ranhill Power Berhad).

Director Mohd Hussein Abdul Hamid
Mohd Hussein Abdul Hamid is a director of UEM Environment Sdn Bhd and is the Senior Director, Direct Business Units of UEM Group and UEM World. An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), Mohd Hussein started his career as an Inventory Accountant for ESSO Production (M) Inc. in 1977. He joined Intel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in 1978 as a Cost and Management Accountant. He assumed the position of Factory Accounting Manager of Goodyear (M) Berhad from 1981 to 1984. From 1985 to 1994, he was the Finance Manager for Motorola (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. He joined Ayer Molek Rubber Company Bhd in 1994 as the Finance Director. In 1995, he became the General Manager, Business Development of Intria Berhad (now known as UEM Builders Berhad).
Mohd Hussein joined a UK-based company, Costain Group Plc as the Corporate Development Director in 1996. From 1998 to February 2000, he was the Finance Executive Director for the National Steel Corporation, Philippines. He joined Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad (“PLUS”) in March 2000 and was the Chief Operating Officer of both PLUS Expressways Berhad and PLUS. On 1 September 2004, he was appointed the Chief Operating Officer, Direct Business Units of UEM Group. Concurrent with this position, he was appointed as Senior Director, Direct Business Units of UEM World with effect from 8 July 2005. He subsequently became the Senior Director, Direct Business Units, UEM Group with effect from 1 January 2006. He holds directorship in several companies within the UEM Group. |
